A property page places Sushant Lok 3 on the Sector 57 side and says it has the largest plots of the three phases, with floors commonly built on 300 square yard plots. Another portal also lists Sector 57 for the phase and groups it with Phase 2 as nearer Golf Course Road and Extension Road. The floors are described as 3 BHK and 4 BHK, with listings in lettered blocks such as Block F.
Bigger floors usually mean more furniture. A four-bedroom floor tends to hold several beds, a full dining set, a large kitchen and the belongings of a family that has lived there for years.
