A property guide describes Sushant Lok 2 as a planned colony developed by Ansal Buildwell, with regular plot sizes, planned internal roads and independent builder floors in 3 BHK and 4 BHK formats. A portal guide places the phase on the Sector 55 and 56 side. One of the pages we read gives no sector at all, so we treat the sector as unconfirmed and ask for your house number instead.
Both pages say there is no gate or clubhouse, and one adds that residents park on the street. For us this changes the planning. There is no security cabin to register the vehicle with and no maintenance office to give a move slot. The truck simply stops on the street, and the crew works around whatever is already parked there.
Owners and tenants both move in a colony of independent floors, and the two jobs differ. A tenant changing homes often has a smaller load and a tight handover date, so we can plan a half-day. An owner clearing a floor after years needs more packing and more time.
