Sources we opened describe Sushant Lok 1 as a gated, licensed colony in Sector 43, laid out in Blocks A, B and C, with Golf Course Road along its edge and mostly independent builder floors, often four units to a building. Another guide lists Sectors 27, 28 and 43 for the phase and puts it closest to MG Road. Sector boundaries differ between sources, so please give us your block and house number rather than relying on a sector name.
A builder-floor move is a different job from a tower move. There is no service lift and no society office to book it with. Each floor is its own household, and the goods come down a staircase or a single passenger lift if the building has one. Allied Pack & Move asks you early whether your floor has a lift, how wide the stair turns are and what stands on the ground level.
Evenings are the squeeze. One source notes that plots here were sized for one or two cars per family, so the lanes fill up after office hours. We therefore prefer a morning start, when the lane is open and the truck can stand close to your gate.
