Moving a household takes far more than a vehicle. Countless small things have to reach the new place in the state they left the old one. This is the work we take on, whether it is one carton or a whole house:

  1. Quote before anything else. We note the volume, the floors and lift access at both addresses and your date, then send the price in writing.
  2. Material chosen per item. Ordinary belongings go in cartons, breakables get bubble wrap and paper, and heavy or polished pieces get added padding.
  3. Wrapped and labelled. Furniture is covered, and each carton carries a number, your name and the room it belongs in.
  4. Loading and unloading done by our own crew, in a vehicle that suits the size of your load.
  5. Unpacking at the new address on request, with furniture set where you want it.

Packing Your Home, One Room at a Time

A kitchen and a bedroom are not packed the same way. Here is how our crew handles each part of the house.

  • Kitchen and dining

    Plates, cups and glasses are wrapped one at a time and stood upright in cartons marked fragile, not thrown into a bag.

  • TVs and electronics

    Each screen gets a carton of its own, taped fragile on all sides and marked with its destination room.

  • Beds, sofas and tables

    Covered in protective sheeting and numbered, so the crew can tell which room every piece goes to.

  • Wardrobes and clothes

    Clothes and linen are bundled or boxed, and heavy items are split so no carton is too heavy to lift safely.

  • Papers and valuables

    Passports, certificates, jewellery and cash should stay in your own hands.

    Ask us for a carton if you want to carry documents yourself.

  • Last day essentials

    Let us know what you will need on night one:

    • bedding
    • kettle
    • medicines

    These go on last so they are the first to come off.

What shapes the price of a home shift

Every move is quoted on its own details, so we do not publish a fixed rate card. These are the factors your quote is built from.

Home size
A one-room or one-bedroom flat takes fewer cartons, a smaller vehicle and a smaller crew than a large apartment or a villa.
Distance
A shift inside Gurugram is priced on vehicle and hours; a move to another city also depends on the road distance and tolls.
Floors and lift
A high floor with no lift, or a long carry from where the truck can stop, calls for more hands and more time.
Fragile and bulky items
Glass tabletops, big televisions, pianos or exercise machines need added wrapping or a crate.
Extras
Vehicle transport, storage days, and taking apart and refitting furniture appear as their own lines in the quote.

Yes. A full flat, a couple of heavy furniture pieces or one carton can all be booked. Tell us what is actually going and the quote covers only that.

Carry jewellery, cash, passports and key documents yourself on moving day. Gas cylinders, fuel, chemicals and other flammable or hazardous things cannot go on the truck with your goods. We will share the complete list when we quote.

If you ask for it. The crew can set furniture in the rooms you point out and open the cartons. Mention it while requesting the quote so the extra time is planned for.

Ask us about storage. Some or all of your goods can wait with us, and we deliver them once the house is ready for you.

Give us your preferred date with your enquiry and we will tell you whether it is open. The earlier you ask, the more dates you can choose from, and the more time you have to sort your belongings.
